Need a hand with anything? Email support@bindar.app — questions, bug reports, account issues, or to report another user.
Bindar signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email — no password to remember. You can also use Sign in with Apple or Google. If your code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the address correctly, then request a new one.
Open a card or a trader's profile and send a request. From the chat you can send a structured offer (cards each way, plus cash if you agree on it), suggest a game shop and a time, and mark the trade complete once you've met. Bindar never handles money — trades happen in person, between you and the other player.
Your location is rounded to roughly a 1 km grid before it's ever stored, and other traders only ever see an approximate distance — never your address. Your email address is never shown to other users. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Push notifications cover new messages, trade offers, and wishlist hits near you. You can turn them off in your device settings. Email notifications (messages, wishlist alerts, the weekly digest) each have their own toggle under Profile → Email, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Open Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently deletes your profile, binders, wishlist, trades, and messages. You can also request deletion here or email us.
Gundam Card Game and One Piece Card Game are both live today. Riftbound is coming next — tell us what you want after that.

Email support@bindar.app and tell us what happened, what you expected, and your handle if you have one. Screenshots help.
