Delete your account & data

Bindar (developer: Nathan Hui)

You can permanently delete your Bindar account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Bindar and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email support@bindar.app from the address on your account (or tell us your handle). We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile — handle, games, approximate location, and settings
Your binders and every card in them
Your wantlist
Your pulls, reactions, and any photos you uploaded
Your trades, proposals, and chat messages
Your login credentials and any notification tokens

This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.

What we may retain

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. We may retain minimal, non-identifying records where required by law (for example, to comply with legal or security obligations), and any anonymized/aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.
